Let's Get Started!
1Step One - Insert Dowel Rods

- Take a side support (B) and lay it flat on a solid surface.

- With your hammer, gently tap the wooden dowel rods (D) in to the holes on side support (B).
- These dowel rods (D) should be tapped in until they are flush with the back face of the side support (B).
2Step Two - Attach Launching Arm

- Push the launching arm (C) over the lower dowel rod (D) on the side support (B).
- Make sure the groove on the launching arm (C) is facing up.

- Make sure the launching arm (C) is rotated below the upper dowel rod (D) on the side support (B).
3Step Three - Attach 2nd Side Support

- Push the 2nd side support (B) on to the two exposed dowel rod (D) ends.
- You may need to use your hammer to gently tap the side support (B) on to the dowel rods (D).

- The ends of the dowel rods (D) should be flush with the outside face of the 2nd side support (B).
4Step Four - Attach Base

- Lay the semi-assembled catapult on it's side.
- Slide the base (A) in to position between the two side supports (B).
- The two holes in the base (A) should line up with the two holes in the side supports (B).

- Using your hammer, carefully tap the nails (E) in to the holes on the side support (B).
- The nails (E) will go through the side support (B) in to the holes on the base (A).
- Tap the nails (E) in until they are flush with the outer face of the side support (B).

- Flip the semi-assembled catapult over to the opposite side and repeat step 4-B.

4-D
- You should now have all of your wooden pieces fastened together with the dowel rods and nails.
- Your launching arm should freely rotate between the base and the upper dowel rod.
5Step Five - Attach Rubber Band

- Take the rubber band (F) and slide it on to the end of the launching arm (C).
- Slide the rubber band (F) all the way up to the lower dowel rod (D) that connects the launching arm (C) to the side supports (B).
- The bottom of the rubber band (F) should be on the bottom side of the launching arm (C).

- Pull the rubber band (F) up and over the upper dowel rod (D).

5-C
- Pull the rubber band (F) all the way back and under the launching arm (C).
- Pull the rubber band (F) as far forward on the bottom of the launching arm (C) as possible.

5-D
- The rubber band (F) should pull the launching arm (C) up to the upper dowel rod (D).
- Your wooden toy catapult is now assembled.
